Katrien Roels, Head of HR

Katrien has nearly 20 years of experience in HR. She started as a recruiter, but soon grew in a more generalistic role by taking up functions as HR advisor for multiple companies at Voka (employers’ organization) and HR Business Partner at BDO Belgium. She combines both soft HR and hard HR knowledge. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Psychology with a specialisation in work and organisational psychology at the University of Leuven.
